Inventory
In Virginia, the Inventory is due to the appointed Commissioner over a probate estate within 4 months from the date of qualification.
Accounting
In Virginia, the Accounting is due to the appointed Commissioner over a probate estate within 16 months from the date of qualification.
Notice Regarding Estate
In Virginia, the Notice Regarding Estate must be sent to all heirs and beneficiaries of a probate estate within 30 days of the date of qualification. Proof of this notice must be filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court within 4 months of the date of qualification.
Affidavit of Notice
In Virginia, the Affidavit of Notice must be filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court within 4 months of the date of qualification, confirming that all heirs and beneficiaries of a probate estate have been notified as required by law.
